Dodonaea angustifolia


Plant originary from Australia where, from time immemorial, it is used by aborigens as an effective febrifuge.

Subspecies of Dodonaea can be found in Africa, Asia and America and are employed in various occasions.


In Perù the leaves are used as energizer and bracing, in India to fight gout and rheumatic fevers, in South Africa in case of flu-fevers and as tea substitute, in Madagascar as antifebriles and against hemorrhoids, in Mexico as slimming and spasmolytic.
