Tree from the tropical regions.
The bark commercialized in rolls up to 1 meter long (small cinnamon sticks) is the officinal cinnamon. Stimulant, aphrodisiac, memory activator, cardiotonic.
Powder: from 0.5 to 3 grams in 24 hours. Leaves infusion as cordial: three grams for each cup, two cups a day.
