Fadios®

Made with Dioscorea opposita (Chinese origin) flour, 100% from organic farming. Fadios®, easily digestible and light food, was used since ancient times in Chinese and Japanese medicine.

 

Dioscorea helps the digestive and hepatic functions and is moreover rich in lipoic acid, with antioxidant activity. 

It can be considered a wonderful energetic fruit as a function of its high content of mineral substances (over 3% of Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Selenium).

Preparation Direction

For preparation we suggest carefully cold-diluting 1 spoon of Fadios® in a cup of water, broth, soup, milk or chocolate and to boil stirring for a few minutes until a thick consistency is achieved.
